High up in the Palomar Mountains at Harrison Serenity Ranch, the Rock n’ Soul Summit Festival begins its second music festival. With over 70 acres of awe-inspiring views of luscious pastures and mountain landscapes. Surrounded by nature; a collective tribe shares in a common goal - celebrating love and independent music, performance art, yoga, community and much more.

Opening  Festival ceremony begins Friday at 7 pm followed by live music until 10:30 p.m., live music Saturday and Sunday 2 p.m. until 10:30 p.m.,  aerial acrobats, drum circle, fire dancing and tons of activities daily! Gates open at noon on Friday and close at noon on Monday. Please be there to set up camp before the sun goes down and the opening Festival ceremony.

For 4 days and 3 nights let us dance, sing, eat and be merry - together!

This is a Zero-Waste, Leave No Trace Event!

This means bring your own reusable water bottles, plates, bowls and utensils. Whatever you bring in - you also bring out! There will be access to wash dishes. There will be food vendors onsite. You will have access to bbq stations.

There are 4 outdoor showers and porta pottys.

This is a steep mountain grade road, carpooling is encouraged. Please be prepared for camping in the great outdoors on a mountain! It is typically sunny during the day and cool in the evenings.

Are there hookups- No, we are completely off the grid. Bring your generators, batteries, lanterns, lights. You are encouraged to bring a flashlight for for your safety

Bathrooms- 8 deluxe outhouses with sinks- Not for washing dishes. No indoor bathroom use

Campfires- NO, we have one designated area in the back Corral for a community bonfire

Food for sale- Yes, you are encouraged to bring your own food  and enough ice for the duration of your stay. We will have food truck options available, and fresh juice. They accept cash and credit cards.

Shopping on site- We will have a "concession stand"  soda, chips candy, etc. They except cash and credit cards

Drinking water- Yes, we have Great, fresh clean Palomar Mountain water. We Please ask and encourage you to NOT bring extra water and or bottles/ containers with you, use our refilling stations as often as you need. We're trying to be conscious of our environment with recycling and garbage

Can I BBQ- Yes, we have barbecues available for use.  Community cooking areas will be available

Kitchen use - No

Retail vendors- Yes they all accept cash and some accept credit cards

First aid- Yes on-site

Vendor Application for Consideration Rock & Soul Summit 2019

WHO: For 12 local businesses to showcase and sell their wares to 400+ attendees.
WHAT: Products and services that compliment a family friendly, two day live Rock n Soul festival. This is multi cultural, multi generational and multi-dimensional in scope.
WHEN: Saturday and Sunday Set up 7am-9am. Open 9–6pm.
WHERE: 18187 Nate Harrison Grade Road, Palomar Mountain CA 92029.
HOW: Steep graded road up and down the mountain. Drop off and set up will be determined upon arrival with assigned festival coordinator.
WHY: Because we value your creativity and commitment to make our event special Space approx 8x8. Bring your own tables, tents, lighting with a festival like setup and attire. Limited to 12 vendors.
Cost: $222 for two people for vending.
NOTE: We are off grid so if you need electricity, bring a generator.

Vendor Contract/Waiver of Liability
Harrison Serenity Ranch reserves the right to determine what merchandise is appropriate to sell at the festival. NO FIREARMS, KNIVES, WEAPONS, FIREWORKS, GUNPOWDER, ANY EARTH TOXIC PRODUCTS Such as SNAP POPS, SILLY STRING, AND SPRAY PAINT. 1) This festival is FAMILY FRIENDLY with attendees of all ages. All displays and products must be "G" rated. All vendors are to be ready to sell their goods and services 9am-6pm Saturday and Sunday. 2) WEATHER GUIDELINES: Have a plan in place for inclement weather and have a tarp to cover your merchandise 3) SECURITY of product is up to individual vendors. 4) TRASH bins will be accessible. Please leave your location the way you found it. 5) Restrooms will be provided on site, including Handicapped units. 6) Potable water available near main house. 7) No electricity available, bring you own generator if needed. 8). Harrison Serenity Ranch reserves the right to make changes and additional conditions as deemed necessary 8) Terms of this contract begin from the time of signature until the end of the event. 9). Applicant and participants agree to indemnify Harrison Serenity Ranch against all claims resulting from any connections with the use of private or public grounds or physical structures or real property associated with the Rock & Soul Summit Event. Work Exchange at Rock and Soul Summit 2019

We have various opportunities for work exchange volunteers to help out before, during and after the festival in exchange for your festival pass.

Work exchange commitment will be 15 hours of your time for a 3 Day Rock and Soul Summit pass.

All work exchange volunteers will be responsible for their own lodging and food requirements.

PLEASE make sure you are physically able to do the job(s) you apply for on the application.

Areas to assist: Pre Festival Set Up, Ground Maintenance, Parking, Meet and Greet Team, Green Team - keeping it clean!  Hospitality Team - food and beverage at main house, Security, Stagehands + more!

Work Exchange forms entries end May 1, 2019. Please be patient for our response, it takes a village!

In the meantime, PLEASE help us get the word out on any and all social media pages as possible!

Upon approval, work exchange volunteers can arrive Thursday prior to Friday to Monday event to help with set up and breakdown, and cleanup.
